The staff were friendly and accommodating, which made our stay more pleasant. The room cleanliness could definitely be improved; we noticed some stains and a broken outlet. Enjoyed participating in the walking tours nearby, a nice touch to the visit.

The indoor pool had large windows and was nice. Breakfast options were limited and not very fresh. Lots of nearby activities like golf and happy hour make it convenient.

Breakfast was a pleasant surprise. The room was beautifully arranged and the eggs had genuine flavor. I appreciated the attentive staff, ensuring tables were tidy. I wish they’d use real dishes instead of disposable items. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and I enjoyed the soothing music upon entry. The room was decently equipped, although the shower rod issue was frustrating. Staff was friendly and accommodating, particularly during check-in. Improvements are needed with maintenance. Elevators show wear, and gym equipment requires attention. For the price, though, the value remains solid. They’re clearly working , and it showed. Would recommend asking for a quiet top floor room.

Great location for exploring the nightlife. Friendly staff ready to help and always polite.
It wasn’t the cheapest option but worth it.

After an exciting day at the ABQ Biopark exploring the zoo, botanic garden, and aquarium, our family enjoyed a comfortable stay at the hotel. The friendly staff offered a generous breakfast selection before we headed out to University Stadium to catch a game.
My children wanted more kid-friendly meal options.

The bathrooms were filthy, with clogged drains and broken toilets. Housekeeping didn’t clean our room at all, and we had to buy our own towels. Never again!

The hotel is perfectly situated right at the intersection of I-40 and I-25, making it super easy to explore the city and visit nearby attractions like the University of New Mexico Art Museum, which is just 3 km away, and the Albuquerque Convention Center, a bit over 3 km from the hotel. I really enjoyed the close proximity to local restaurants like Little Anita's and Twisters Grill, both within a few hundred meters, giving plenty of options for good food after a day of walking around. The room had essential features like a fridge and microwave, which were helpful during my stay, but the overall cleanliness could definitely use some improvement.

The Ramada was a mixed bag for us. One thing we loved was the cozy sitting area in the room , it was perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The beds were comfortable, which was a huge plus for a good night's sleep. we were let down by a few things. The air conditioning was a bit wonky , it took a while to cool down the room and sometimes felt inconsistent. there was no ironing facilities in the room, which would have been handy for smoothing out our wrinkled clothes. The lack of tea and coffee facilities was a disappointment too, especially for those early morning caffeine cravings. On the bright side, the garden furniture looked inviting, but we didn't get to enjoy it due to time constraints. The bathtub was a nice touch for a relaxing soak after a day of sightseeing. the am/fm alarm clock didn't work properly, making it challenging to wake up on time. We also had issues with room service , it was slow and not very attentive to our needs. The housekeeping could have been more thorough, especially with the cleanliness of the room. our stay at the Ramada had its ups and downs. If they iron out these small issues, it could be a great place to stay for a comfortable and relaxing visit.

The staff made us feel like family right from the start! We loved hanging out at the indoor pool and jacuzzi after exploring. The live entertainment at night was a blast and kept the good vibes going!
Would be happy to recommend! 💖🌟

The bed was comfortable, offering a restful night's sleep. I appreciated the fridge in the room, adding convenience during my stay. The little patio area was clean and cute, perfect for some fresh air. the noise level was disruptive, with loud guests coming and going nearby. The shower rod was partially pulled from the wall, making it unusable. I also noticed some cleanliness issues that could have been addressed better. Despite these drawbacks, the room was spacious enough to feel comfortable. An upgrade in maintenance would greatly enhance the experience.

The breakfast spread was satisfying, offering a good mix of hot and cold options. the hotel's location was convenient and easy to access from major routes.
The maintenance issues in the room were quite concerning, with various fixtures showing signs of wear and tear. The overall cleanliness standards seemed lacking, with visible issues such as peeling paint and broken bathroom amenities.

Great rates during Christmas time with spacious parking. Conveniently located near the highway for easy access. The friendly staff was helpful and accommodating, making our stay enjoyable.
Rooms were not well-maintained, with issues like mold in the shower and dirty floors. Limited amenities and faulty equipment in the rooms were disappointing.

I browsed shops, ate delicious food, and availed myself of amenities such as the free airport shuttle and breakfast buffet. I also enjoyed a refreshing swim in the indoor pool.
It felt like an adventure to decipher whether the room was in more disrepair than me.

My friends and I had a blast exploring the ABQ Biopark - we went wild at the zoo and chilled at the aquarium. Then, we hit up The Pit for an epic game night. So much fun, we even forgot about that one thing missing for party animals like us.
Just wished the hotel had a rad rooftop bar for some late-night shenanigans.

The proximity to Maxwell Museum of Anthropology made my visit incredibly convenient and enjoyable. The free shuttle service and helpful customer service agents exceeded my expectations, and the wireless internet in public areas added to the overall convenience of my stay.
Room cleanliness concerns.
